Angel John starts rolling

Santhanu Bhagyaraj after a lackluster debut in Tamil is now going to try his luck in Malayalam. He is going to do a film titled Angel John, under the direction of Jayasurya.
Superstar Mohanlal will do a cameo in the film, which is the story about a wayward young man, Maradonna, who is the cause of trouble for his parents and friends. One day he decides to commit suicide by walking into the sea. However a stranger who is watching him from the beaches come to his rescue, and his life changes forever.
